2. Download and Install ADB minimal and Fastboot Driver on your computer
3. Download Google Nexus 7 firmware and extrack on your computer
4. Enable usb debuging on your Nexus 7. open setting -> developers option -> usb debuging and tick to enable.
5. Turn off your Nexus 7
6. Now, start your nexus on Adb and Fastboot Mode. press and hold (volume up + volume down + power) until fastboot mode enable
7. Connect your nexus on computer with usb cable
8. Now, you need to unlock the bootloader, open MAF32.EXE or PY_CMD.EXE from fastboot folder (C:Program Files\Minimal adb and Fastboot)
